South Austin apartments are special in the way that they are very close to owning your own home, but you do not have to worry about upkeep. You do not have the freedom you have in your own home, but you have much more privacy and you may have more room to move about with a yard of your own or that you share. Parking may not be a huge issue, and if you have chosen a good neighborhood, you may find that you like where you live and you may find your first South Austin to own right there nearby.
